I have never heard of this size in the nitto drag as the common size is 305/35/18.

Will the 305/45/18s, fit on a 18 X10.5 Z06 rim, without rubbing at all on a stock bodied 02 vette Z06 (if you know)?

i know it would fit on the rim no problem. check the corvette forums and see if they are running this size.
