Default Crank pulley

My crank pulley doesn't have any number on it. To know the size I should measure from border to border (outer borders)? If the crank pulley is bigger, it will produce more boost or less boost?

This is a blower pulley, not a crank pulley.

Sorry, so the same questions applies. The bigger the pulley more boost or the smallest pulleys will produce more boost? How manu pounds of boost you were producing by using a pulley like this one?

Smaller blower pulley = more boost

Larger crank pulley = more boost
