Good luck and a bump 4 ya'. MY FLT Extreme Duty (level 5) 4L65E is loaded, as well. With a full 'fresh-up, it's like a brand new tranny. I sent mine off for the same service and the fresh-up cost me $500 and the shipping I believe was like $150. IMHO with the converter included, $3000 is well worth the price you are asking.
