I've got two 3" electric cutouts (just the butterfly portion that you bolt onto your own cutout) for sale. They were both used on the car from July 2007-September 2007, when one of the motors went ka-put. Since then they've been sitting in the garage waiting to have the motor replaced, and I recently took a different route, and don't want to spend any more time with them.
One cutout is in fully functional condition, the other needs rebuilt, probably easiest to send it to QTP; I had them send me a new motor, but they didn't give any instructions on replacing it, and in the process I snapped one of the butterfly plate bolts, and I could never get the old motor off. If someone knows how to remove the old motor, the plate could be reattached using the one remaining screw and welded on the other spot.
As a note, while both are 3" cutouts, the working cutout does have a smaller opening, which I was told just means they were made in seperate batches.
All wiring and the switch for each will be included; I'd like to get $90 shipped for the working one, and $60 shipped for the out-of-commision one (which will include the brand new motor, which cost $45 shipped from QTP). I will post pictures of them shortly, after I try to clean some of the exhaust crap off of them to make them look prettier, lol. Just keep in mind that these things by nature and location are meant to get dirty!
