PCM has a tune in it I presume? Im lookin for a stock one if not,...or if it can be reflashed back to stock prior to me buying it.

It does have a tune in it now. Not sure if i can flash it back to stock since it is out of the car and the wiring harness is gone.

I know a dealership can but im not sure what they will charge.
