Yes its charcoal. and the only spots on it I saw were just rust spots that I could brush off. I'm sure with a good wash it would come out really clean.

Are you willing to ship it? I know it's heavy. Some people will, some won't. Zip is 37737 if that helps.

do you have the two bolts that hold the lower bucket portion of the back seats in place??
