I think the deal is you measure from U-joint center to U-joint center but it's gonna be different for your shaft cuz it's bolt in yoke. Since you had it in the car, how much adjustment did you have when it was installed in your application? I just don't want to get it and then it be the wrong length. It'll be a bit before I install a shaft in mine.
I had about 2.5 inches of adjustment. If you could measure from the end of the tranny tailshaft to the flat spot on the rearend yoke where the U joint bolts up that will give the correct measurement you need. The yoke goes into the tranny 3" subtract that from the total length of the drivesaft and that will be the length you need.If you want you can call me at 713-715-8156 and we can talk about it.

Well if it were only that easy. I don't have a motor at all yet. It's still at the machine shop. I just picked up my rearend and K member yesterday. I don't have a pig yet so I'm just kinda waiting around til I find some deals and/or my motor gets done.

Yea I guess it would be kind of hard to measure it without the motor, tranny, and the rearend not installed yet.I wish I could tell you for sure that it would work but without a measurement I would just be guessing.Let me know if I can do anything else to help.

Well if you say you had 2.5" adjustment, then it would have to work in mine.
