Hey Guys,
I had this cam in my LSx 454 for just under 1000 miles. It is in as new condition.
It idled great at 975rpms, and actually passed our NV smog test. Dont be afraid of the numbers. The size is swallowed up by the displacement of the motor.
This is NOT for some 347.
Its for a 408 or larger.
Specs are 253/259 .643/.613 114+4
This is a custom grind cam spec'd out by Cam Motion and LME.

This is a SMOKIN price on a basically new cam.
Reason for the sale.. I swapped cams to better match my custom sheetmetal intake.

deff use dual gold or better springs and the 90/90 setup wont have anything to do with what cam you use. If you are asking if the 90/90 will flow well enough for the cam you will be fine. bump for the OP
