I bought a Torque Arm mount from him on the 14th! Still havent seen it 12 days later.

If it shows up I'll retract my statement but I'm not planning on it. He said he didn't know what happened to the first one and had his wife send another one out on the 21st. (I wonder where he got the second one. I guess he has an F-body salvage yard in his backyard.) I want my money back. Please refund via paypal. I haven't posted negative feedback yet but its going there if I dont get my part or a refund.

what should i do? i havent heard from this guy in about 3 weeks, he owes me 900 buck, i do have his name, address, and all the emails and messages proving he owes me money, do i contact the police in his city or in my city?
