I have a stock LS7 cam and valve springs from my Z06. The cam and springs came out at about 15,000 miles. The valve springs still have all the retainers and keepers to go with them. The springs are capable of 0.600" lift. The cam is 211º/230º, 0.591"/0.591" (on 1.8 rockers), and 121 LSA. From what I hear, stock LS7 cams work awesome on blown LS2s with a 1.7 intake rocker and 1.8 exhaust rocker.
