Any turbo 355 guys??

The problem is that there are not alot of turbo LT1's in general. 355ci has historically been the most common rebuild for LT1 supercharged guys.
To answer your question though, it's my opinion that most guys just jump to a 383 because of wanting a forged crank. Most 355's use the stock crank although a forged 3.48" stroke is readily available. If you are going to buy a forged crank anyway, why not add a little stroke? That is the reason in my opinion.
However, there is nothing wrong with a forged-crank 355ci LT1 You dont really need the extra cubes for a turbo....a 355 will make plenty of power and torque with a turbo!
Jim Moran ran a 357ci LT1 with his twin turbos and there are quite a few others.

I figured that if you had the budget for a forged crank you might as well go to a 383 instead of a 355.
How does the stock crank hold to boost with apr studs on the stock 2 bolt? Also, how hard to the rpms climb under boost with a 355 compared to a 383? 355 have a larger bore and with a stock crank. So in theory, the 355 should rev faster then a 383 under boost due the fact that a 383 has a longer stroke. Correct?
