How about for a stock bored TB bored 54MM? Should I get a tune too?

It's bigger and allows more air, so yea lol This is assuming you're running an 4L60E

yes, I am. DD too, can't handle a damaged tranny right now, tune will be my next priority...that extra power won't hurt either.
