checked injectors with noid light. they all tested good, flashed on and off. it acts like the MAF is disconnected and when you throttle it motor. like it cant keep up with the air coming into the motor. any suggestiong?

my car does that but nothing like that. thats alot. if im in 2nd gear doing 30-40 and i floor it itll pop like that too. i have no idea what it is

if i put it in gear and give it a little throttle just to move up the driveway it pops like crazy.

I'm sure 1 thing you haven't done & really need to is, run a compression test on all cylinders, now you say its popping through the intake too, this could be in the Opti/cap/rotor, you should also pull the VCs & check under there, sounds like you have an issue that can't be pin-pointed to 1 thing, it does however sound ignition related, just keep checking. With it popping through the exhaust & intake, that to me sounds like a crossfire, BUT an intake or vacuum leak/bad valve/plug/plug wire/bent pushrod/ect. & the list goes on to cause these problems, i feel for you, i've been there, it can be a f#ckin PITA trying to trace it down sometimes, but most of the time its something simple that you may have over-looked, try & remember WHEN it started, & what you may have been doing to it at the time, if anything.

Have you checked you MAF ? I had issues with mine awhile back after repairing a intake oil leak. they are very sensitive.

I take that back I see you don't have one , you are running in speed density mode.
