Quick quesion, should I run the GM Extreme Duty Timing Chain or something else (any recomendations?) Im not sure since my car is a 94 and they list it for 95-97's

I run the stock chain in my car..Its plenty strong...I just replaced the chain with another stocker when I did my cam swap...And I only run a 226/234 Joe Overton/Erson grind in a built 383 and was poo pood for going too small...Turns out I'm faster than most with wayyyy more cam than I have...If you're staying N/A I'd look at 4.10s and a 28" tire...Also converter selection can be tricky...Vicky at PI recommends keeping the stall on a N/A LT1 to 4000 for good streetability...I just had mine re-stalled from 3600 to 4000 and it feels great...Generally for street strip set ups you want your converter to stall 500-900 rpm below the torque peak...This is one of the few times when I like the dyno to help pick your stall...Good luck with your set up..Sounds good...
