multiple occupants means you can sue for the policy maximum on bodily injury... find a good attorney

Sorry to hear man!

Im assuming you didn't go straight to the hospital. Its best to take the ambulance ride if they ask cause then the other guys insurance has to pay for it cause they can turn it down if you dont go right away. I almost learned that the hard way late in 06'. I was in a bad wreck and broke my neck but didnt know anything way really wrong cause i was up walking around and everything. I almost turn down the ambulance ride. Just an example. if your hurting get to the ER asap. also if you happen to be taken off work for a few days he insurance will have to pay.

milk him

I agree since the guy was an obvious ******* and didn't even come and check on you and your family I wouldn't hesitate.

i hope the wheels and tires are ok! yeah i plan on parting it out! here is a photo of the car earlier that day on the way to the Good Guys car show.

I am looking at a 2000 Camaro SS for 6999 or even a 2000 Camaro Z28 for the same price. difference is SS is a A4 and Z28 is M6.

the insurance told me to get all the reciepts for the aftermarket parts which i have all but the wheels and tires so they told me to go to get a quote on the wheels and tires so i did.

I went to GM and they quoted me $6,459 for the corvette wheels and tires! can you believe that? I was in shock i think they messed up or something! i was thinking more like 3K - 4K at most!

Well see i submited it to the insurance!

are your wheels Factory Corvette or replica? If they're factory then submit it, if not then submit the real price.

As far as those wheels go, they look sick on your car, I normally don't like them.

And good luck w/ everything that's to come.

supra guy

yeah they were factory Corvette wheels with the Goodyear Eagle F1 Runflats on them. the guy i bought them from took them off his silver corvette and got some deep dish wheels.

I submitted the reciepts and i spoke to the claims adjuster they are in the process of appraising my car for the condition it was in and what was on the car. I hope they dont try to rip me off i will be pissed but i have never had a problem with StateFarm so well see.

I will keep everyone posted!

The other drive is at fault, following too close, then a hit to the rear is apparent fault. WHich caused you to hit another driver "Pushed", you shouldnt be considered at fault for the pushed situation.
