#1 & #3 are there.. that looks freaky..lol

It looks like the whole Injector is plugged in with it sitting there..

That Pump on the CAI is an Air Pump it looks like..

What are you talking about, looks like an LT-1 (V8) to me? Also, anyone know what the heck those two cylinder looking things are strapped to the rad support on the driverside next to the rad? Never seen that either?

Its not for an injector dude, I have taken all that stuff off several cars and its just something associated with the smog pump, just happens to look similar is all.

Not arguing with you bud, but I don't agree with you. I have a 95' T/A as well and maintained all the smog pump equipment on mine for emissions here in Houston and nothing looks like that plug that goes to those. The reason I think it's an injector clip is the destinctive metal retainer clip on the back and working on my car for years and pulling the motor etc.. nothing has ever looked like this except injector harness clips/plugs. Maybe, Shoe Box can chime in as he has ton's of experience with these?

^^He was just joking about that V6 part bro..lol

Those are Horns..that's what it looks like to me on the Rad. Support.

As far as someone else needing to chime in..there are plenty of us here with experience enough to know what an Injector Clip is, and that definately looks like one to me. If the AIR Pump uses the same thing, then I don't remember cause that stuff was gone out of my car when I got it.

If anything, the OP should post a better pic to clarify it for us..

Holy crap Merv, you're right and I stand corrected!!! I'll have to take a look at mine next time as I don't ever remember seeing that. Could it be prerecall AIR as that could explain why I don't have it? Prob, just my stupidity, thanks for the image.

How does me saying very clearly that it's the same Connector and it's part of the AIR System sound sarcastic?

It is part of the Air System, look in the lower left pic of the diagram I posted.

And you are correct, you're not seeing it..hopefully someone can post a better pic..

There is a canister on the side of the CAI, looks like an Air storage for something.

Attached is what we were talking about with the Injector Connector..

i took my air system off and stuffed every connector with silicone and i didn't see any like that... could depend on the year of the car i guess...

merv, i thought you were being sarcastic because you said "Here is a pic.. look at the lower left one. It is part of the AIR System, I guess they use the same Connector.."

but could not confirm it with the pic you posted... no big deal...

I still can't see how that would be part of the AIR system, considering the colors in the wires are the same as the injector clip that you can SEE in this picture.

One things for sure. With all that metal on the CAI and elbow, the intake charge may be getting even hotter than the stock system would allow. In case nobodies noticed, these cars get pretty hot under the hood.

Get some long tubes on that thing!

I don't know what SLP uses for their intakes, steel or aluminum, but if it's the latter and just polished then it's nothing to worry about. My alu elbow doesn't get hot. My shitty parts store import CAI (came with the car) DOES get hot. Not blistering, or anything I can't touch, but it's much warmer than the elbow!

That's just a Red and a Black..power and a ground bro..don't mean anything with the Injectors.

Go look at your Injector Connectors, I bet that one wire will be the same color on them all, and that the other wire will be different on them all..

The same color wire is the Power Wire, and the different color is the Wire that goes to the PCM to ground the Circuit to fire the Injector.

Actually, mine won't LOL I have batch fire. But still I see your point. I can't see the other wire on that injector plug (the ACTUAL injector)
