Nope, that is def an injector clip as they are pretty unique and colored. To the original poster are you sure one of your injectors is not unplugged? As you really down on power? That purple plug they are talking about should be plugged into your #1 injector, check to see if it is unplugged and let us know.

Not arguing with you bud, but I don't agree with you. I have a 95' T/A as well and maintained all the smog pump equipment on mine for emissions here in Houston and nothing looks like that plug that goes to those. The reason I think it's an injector clip is the destinctive metal retainer clip on the back and working on my car for years and pulling the motor etc.. nothing has ever looked like this except injector harness clips/plugs. Maybe, Shoe Box can chime in as he has ton's of experience with these?

^^He was just joking about that V6 part bro..lol
Those are Horns..that's what it looks like to me on the Rad. Support.
As far as someone else needing to chime in..there are plenty of us here with experience enough to know what an Injector Clip is, and that definately looks like one to me. If the AIR Pump uses the same thing, then I don't remember cause that stuff was gone out of my car when I got it.
If anything, the OP should post a better pic to clarify it for us..

It is part of the Air System, look in the lower left pic of the diagram I posted.
And you are correct, you're not seeing it..hopefully someone can post a better pic..

i took my air system off and stuffed every connector with silicone and i didn't see any like that... could depend on the year of the car i guess...
merv, i thought you were being sarcastic because you said "Here is a pic.. look at the lower left one. It is part of the AIR System, I guess they use the same Connector.."
but could not confirm it with the pic you posted... no big deal...

I still can't see how that would be part of the AIR system, considering the colors in the wires are the same as the injector clip that you can SEE in this picture.

I don't know what SLP uses for their intakes, steel or aluminum, but if it's the latter and just polished then it's nothing to worry about. My alu elbow doesn't get hot. My shitty parts store import CAI (came with the car) DOES get hot. Not blistering, or anything I can't touch, but it's much warmer than the elbow!

Go look at your Injector Connectors, I bet that one wire will be the same color on them all, and that the other wire will be different on them all..
The same color wire is the Power Wire, and the different color is the Wire that goes to the PCM to ground the Circuit to fire the Injector.

That's just a Red and a Black..power and a ground bro..don't mean anything with the Injectors.
