Default Head bolt suggestions

Needing some head bolts anyone recommend a good set? ARP??

I would get the 134-3701 over the 134-3601 because the 12 point heads makes it easier to crank on them than the hex when you have limited space under the cowl area.

Your going to want both of these for installing the head bolts....one of for the head bolts that touch coolant and the other you want to put on all the head bolts to get more accurate torque readings etc. I also used the assembly lube for the manifold as well. You do not however want to use it on rotating components like a camshaft etc. etc.

You mean the 234-3701 pro series??? they also cost 100 more.....

nope 134-3701, same as 134-3601 just with a 12 point head and cost $6 more.

damn I didnt see those and nobody mentioned them to me. Oh well Speedinc is doing my install anyways so I dont really have to worry about it!LOL!

Hahaha true let them deal with it lol. But whoever may be doing the install themself like I did, the 12 points make it a little easier and I would recommend.

Well the economy sucks for getting a job and hell I'm already behind and need go an extra semester so I'll just take the last 3 weeks of the semester off and fly out to Oregon tomorrow! haha
