Default Jethot longtubes with exhaust leak??

Anybody with jethot or hooker longtubes have a problem with never-ending exhaust leak on driver's side? I have percy's gaskets right now, I can't remember what was on before that. Any tricks? I know it is from the design with the 1 primary that is seperate and has a slip fit connection to the rest of the header. It is just really getting annoying and I am about to just give up and try another brand if I can't get them to seal up. Please help.

Mine are good. I used the felpro gaskets and some autozone header bolts. I do have a wicked leak at the flange for the Y though.

i put some jet hots on, in about 6 months they started to have a really bad exhaust leak, finally tracked it down to the flange. Replaced the old gaskets with some fel pros and all is well......

I changed my mind! Buy LPP headers while you can!

This is what I was thinking too. But, I don't want to have any issues with this BS again. Anybody having similar problems with LPP?
