Allright.. my MSD kit came with 2 o-rings and one square o-ring.

Am I right in the following?

The square O-ring goes on the original opti base.. even though it's a little loose around the lip, it seems to fit correctly once the isolator is set on.

Then one of the rounded regular o-rings goes around the isolator and the cap sits on that.

The last o-ring isn't used.

Right?

Oh well.. it looks right to me. Caps sit flush, not cocked funny, rotor doesn't rub on anything. Sealed out back.

All done.. goes back on tomorrow. Had a bit of a high RPM miss and my stock rotor had some flex in it.

 

Keep us updated on everything goes. I might upgrade to that this winter, since I'll be looking right at it anyway..and it got some age on it.
