Is your car lowered any? if it is then that could be your issue. to fix it you need an adjustable PHB to recenter your wheels. but i could be thinking of a different issue.

if you aren't lowered then i don't think that is your problem. maybe someone else will chime in as i am still a bit new to the fbody. it is possible it happened during the installation of the new parts, maybe something just got lined back up wrong. i hope you get it figured out though. let us know what the actual problem was when you do.

if the brackets were welded on wrong and that could be an issue, but I find it hard to believe its 21 degree out. I don't even think it'd be drivable, or at least not safe at any rate.

what actually was out of alignment? Normally when you set up a solid rear axle car on the alignment rack you won't get "range" of specs for the rear. If for some reason your "Toe" was in or out on one side only then that would lead me to believe your axle tube isn't straight. Now when I did my rear suspension I have BMR everything adjustable and made my rear completely centered. If your rear is Toe'd in on one side and toe out on the other then your complete rear is crooked. The relocation brackets could be at fault or your control arms weren't Quality control checked and one could be alittle longer/shorter then the other. For the non adjustable PHR I would worry about that unless your going wider rear rims or lowering it (just centers the rear side to side)

PS I actually think when you have a solid axle it's not even called Toe but rather thrust angle but either way hope this helps

It's not 21° out of alignment or you'd damn near be driving in circles!

did you get a print out of the alignment? If you can scan it and post it, that would be a help a great deal.

This is what is more than likely going on. Ive been doing alignments for nearly 3 years now, Done several camaros, since I owned 3 at one time.

Thrust angle more than likely is what he told you was bad. Look at the picture, thrust angle can be changed with adjustable LCA's. Now you said it was out 21 degrees, thats bad, but not terrible. The worst ive seen is 36 degrees. The only thing its gonna bother is that it may cause a slight pull.

My wifes 01 is out just a little bit and has a slight pull, Id say the sportlines, relocation brackets, and her pounding potholes prolly caused this.

There is no way, maybe total toe is 2.1 but not 21, you literally couldn't drive the car if the toe was that far off. If you can get the spec print out I can help you better understand whats wrong.

The relocation brackets are most likely to blame. A small misalighnment of a 1/4 inch translates into big thrust angle numbers. Its real easy to screw up the install and difficult to fix if they are welded. Adjustable lower control arms will allow you to get the thrust angle back into spec but will throw off the swing arc of the LCA's, this could cause some strange handleing issues. If the relocation brackets are bolt in then you have a good chance of correcting the issue, just loosen the hardware while on the alighnment rack, when the thrust angle is correct tighten it back up.
