Never really heard anything about ASP. I'm running the March and it's ran great so far.

Yes you will and the size will depend on which brand you choose and what UD% you go with.

I run the ASP 945103 set with the integrated balancer. It's like 2-3 lbs. lighter than stock.

Spend the extra money and buy the one that is incorporated into the hub. Essentially you're buying a new hub + pulley. Reason being, is the ones you get (from what I understand and have seen) go over top our current pulleys. So what you're doing is adding MORE rotational mass to the crank, when what you want to do is REMOVE rotational mass. Hence lighter flywheels and electric water pumps (EWP is a tad different, but is parasitic all the same). I don't know if I have a link anymore, but the one I had bookmarked was around $160.

EDIT: Something like this, but I think it was by ASP

EDIT: Seems my ignorance might have gotten the best of me, that or Jegs just doesn't sell LT1 underdrive pulleys, and just underdrive hubs. Here's a 2.6x cheaper one that from the looks of it, installs the same damn way

Must have been a really early 3rd heh Anyways, March does make good stuff, but the gain you'll see on 3rd gens vs 4th is quite a difference :\ You got AIR (majority, sometimes 2), Water, AC (most of the time), power steering and I assume fuel on the carbbed ones. That's a ton of stuff running off the crank and still asking for power to be made for the trans and drive train and STILL asking for power to be put to the pavement heh

Yes there is a huge difference. The march pulley is a piggy back setup that adds rotating mass and re-uses the stock dampener. The ASP pulley is all 1 peice that replaces the stock pulley.
