Default Car is surging at low rpms

Ok i recently changed the cap and rotor on my car and it is running 100% better than it was but the car tends to surge at low rpms like if im just cruising at a steady speed. I don't notice it when im accelerating really. And I don't notice it much at higher speeds. It was doing this before my opti went to **** so idk. . any ideas?

Are you sure it's not your torque converter locking and unlocking? Mine did this a lot before all the mods. It usually happened between 35 and 45 mph under light throttle.

i would be willing to bet you have a burned plug wire. its a pretty common problem. one of mine burned up and it did the same thing. it surged really bad at low speeds and went away some what at highway speeds.

Well that sounds like what mine is doing, I was wanting to change the wires anyway so I'll prolly go ahead and do that. Thanks for the tips, anyone else have other opinions?
