New guy here and I have a question. I'm thinking about picking up a used Zex kit. It was on a 94 vette. It comes with the bottle, bracket, control box (tps window switch), lines and a 100 shot nozzle. I'd like to put it on my car but I'm afarid of hurting it being that it's stock besides the LT's. The car has 145k on the clock but the motor was rebuilt by GM at 100K, so I guess you could say it's only got 45K on it.
My question is, would it be safe to run this kit on my car as is? I know I should run colder plugs and preferably get it tuned. What is a safe shot to run on a stock car/tune? 50? 75?

If it's been well maintained you should be fine. I would recommend running the TR6's spark plugs and probably a Racetronix fuel pump as well. I wouldn't go any higher then a 150 spray. If you go 150 and higher you will want to adjust the timing. At the time of swap I would also invest in a cold air intake. Inexpensive and it will really open things up to get that air in 
Be sure you tune it in the end as well.
Myself, I would go with a 100-125 spray. Then start in on your other bolt on's.

You should be fine with 100 on that motor, if you really want to feel safe just get a 75 nozzle. The racetronix kit is good advice too I bought their plus bundle and am very pleased, def don't want the fuel pump taking a crap while your spraying.
Yeah, you could spray a 75 shot all day 
Like I said...100 to 125 would be my choice. Be careful spraying with a M6. I would sugg not spraying from the dig and def get the window switch so your not spraying while changing gears

Well, I'm pretty sure it's a full throttle switch because of the way it was wired to the vette it was on. It was wired into the TPS switch and would only activate at full throttle so I think I'll be fine as long as I let off a little in between shifts.
