I used one in the TH350 setup I use to have. I bought the converter off Ebay. 3400 Nitrous stall. Brazed fins, anti-ballooning plates etc. Worked great. I sprayed it many times. I street drove the converter very often no problems. I believe the name to be Redneck Performance out of Texas. Are we talking abou the same company??

Ive had great results with a converter I got from them. 4k stall for a th350 fitted for a ls1 flexplate. However, Ive had 2 trannys break from there. One they forgot some sort of washer. They fixed the first one for free and didnt offer **** when the return busted. I will be sending the converter to them to loosen it up a bit more. They are doing that for $100 and cleaning out all the **** from their trans that broke.

My dad broke a trans from there also. Destroyed everything but final gear. It was the biggest badded TH350 they sold. Like 1300.00 Car pulled a 1.42 60' and lost 4mph by the end of the run. After that it only worked in 3rd gear.

Be careful. Make sure it's clean. Everything goes through the converter. So, if there's metal and clutch residue from a blown tranny, it will be in the converter and it will transfer to your trans if it isn't cleaned. If it's cleaned 100.00 bucks is a good deal. If not it has to be cut open and cleaned and that can caust about 150.00+ depending on where you go.
