Rear end going out?!
In the last few years Richmond has changed there laping process and sence then the noise problems have gone away.
When you accelerate the gears do the opposite and want to push themselves apart. If you get the car to your mechanic, make sure when he pulls it all apart and puts it back together that he uses a dial wrench (for rotational torque) to get the pinion nut tight enough.
Good luck, 10-bolts suck. Ive blown mine twice in 4 years on a near stock LT1.
