Default wide band O2

i need to get a wideband o2 sensor and have a few questions.

what brand would you recommend?
is it necessary to add a new bung for it?
can it be ran into the PCM as narrowband and still go to a gauge as wideband as well?

i am using tuning software and want it to get a little more accurate.

Default

Innovate or Wideband Commander are two that come highly recommended.

Mine is an Innovate, welded to a single bung in the x-pipe, and completely stand alone for tuning purposes.
