Default Vibrations above 1800rpm

I recently bought this car and the guy I bought it from had a napa clutch installed. Anything over 1800rpm it vibrates, driving or sitting still. It feels like something is out of balance for sure, I just wanted to see if any of you have ran into this before I start pulling the trans...

My dune buggy did that when i didnt get motor back on straight, but thats a VW and a whole different ballgame. Im guessing no matter what it is your gonna have to pull the trans, or you could hit it wide open all the way to 6000 Rpms and see if it fiexes it. (just kidding, do not attempt.)
