New valve springs, if you want to do it right and be safe about it. At the very least, some LT4 springs would get you by with a stock cam.

As Shoebox said, at a min you should run LT4 springs. You can sometimes see people selling the LT4 spring kits complete for ~$50. If budget is not an issue, I would get some good springs, that way if you ever go cammed in the future, you won't have to swap springs a second time.

Yes like stated above, LT4 springs, guidplates and a set of pushrods. Look into some chromoly pushrods like the trickflows, they are a good piece for a cheap price.

new springs, locks and retainers (many kits include locks and retainers), and guideplates if you go with NSA rockers. Pushrods arent a must but most people do them anyways. You dont really want to skimp on your valvetrain setup

Comp Cams 1.6 Promagnum NSA roller rockers.
ARP 7/16" rocker arm studs.
Trickflow Guideplates.
Trickflow Chromemoly pushrods.
Comp Cams 918 beehive springs w/ seats, locks, and retainers.

You would have a very stable valvetrian (assuming you checked the geometry properly).
Cool thing is that once you decide to install a cam, you'd already have all of ths supporting mods installed.

When you order them, it should say self-aligning (SA) or non self-aligning (NSA).

Replacement springs = oem springs.
As stated above you should upgrade the springs. LT4 springs at a minimum, 918 or 1218 springs would be better if you had the money.
