As Shoebox said, at a min you should run LT4 springs. You can sometimes see people selling the LT4 spring kits complete for ~$50. If budget is not an issue, I would get some good springs, that way if you ever go cammed in the future, you won't have to swap springs a second time.
new springs, locks and retainers (many kits include locks and retainers), and guideplates if you go with NSA rockers. Pushrods arent a must but most people do them anyways. You dont really want to skimp on your valvetrain setup

As stated above you should upgrade the springs. LT4 springs at a minimum, 918 or 1218 springs would be better if you had the money.
