Buzz after hard acceleration or downshift?

Buzz after hard acceleration or downshift? Is it just the LT1 that makes an obnoxious *** BUZZZ from the exhaust? when you let off the gas from hard acceleration or a fast downshift or what?
Well, no lt1 really has an engine brake on it, but there is a lot of drag/braking action when you downshift. All I know is that the engine has to come down from a high rpm when there is relatively little fuel being pumped in to accelerate the car. So to sum it up, it just breathes differently. All engines make that sound, each engine w/different exhaust just sounds different. I hope this helps a bit, I can't explain all, I'm not that much of a physics expert, but I guess this is what you were talking about.
