Don't forget that on 95-97 lt1 + lt4 the cam has to have the hole in the front as well as the longer dowel pin for the opti!! Made the mistake once on my 96 trying to put cam out of a tpi motor.

I was under the impression all of the Opti motors had it, but it slipped my mind in my post till you mentioned it now.
