Good luck passing emissions with no cats. Yes, you can have it tuned out...but like I said, your not gonna pass emissions w/o cats

If its just an inspection and not a sniffer/emissions test, then yes, you can tune out any codes need be and pass.

For which o2? The rear? You don't need rear o2's at all, just get them tuned out if you don't have cats.

Yeah, some guys have it easy, as long as they have all the codes tuned out, they pas.

Trust me, no state is worst than CA when it comes to smog rules, regulations, and enforcement.

I am south of Fort Worth and I have no issue getting inspected without cats. Then again I don't live in the metromess. Good luck.

It varies from station to station..last year when I took my Z28 through one station did the sniff and a visual. I didn't pass the first time because they said my car was too loud...lol

So that same day I went to a different station and all they did was stick the rod up the exhaust pipe with no visual inspection and I passed with flying colors. I've found that some of the workers at these stations can be really cool and not give a flying shi* and others are hardcore

Don't know who you are referring to but if it is me then no, I have no check engine light on. Just the "BRAKE" like. But there is no smog testing here just saftey.

Use a spark plug non-fouler HELP section 42002 (or whatever one is the non tapered version) I believe is the part number. It'll stuck the sensor out of the exhaust stream just enough to get the voltage to change from that of the front two and kick off the SES/CEL

That won't fix your visual inspection though haha
