Stall and road racing
Ive been guilty of it in my younger days, granted ill occasionally throw a rev or gas it from a light against another car, nothing where I am doubling the speed limit. The track does have an ambulence (sp?) at the track should the worst happen, where there is none on some abandoned road at 3 in the morning. Just something to think about.
I have a yank PT4000 and it hits HARD from a roll. I dont have sticky tires on it so they just go up in smoke anywhere under 50 mph. stall has pretty good top end too. it is very loose though. I can still keep it under 3000 rpm in normal driving but when you give it gas it shoots to 4000-4500 pretty easily.

since everyone is of topic im gonna chyme in and say who the hell has a sports car that drives on the street, that would drive there sports car like a 80yr old driving caddy all the time?????????
I guess it's really all about common sense. All of us act-up on the road sometimes, but we all have a responsibility to be aware of others that might be impacted by what we do. When I was younger, we would mark the road so that we had a "finish line". Stop light racing was more of a show-off thing that we did that was rarely that fast. That said, getting put in jail and having your car impounded is no fun. I think myself lucky that nobody was ever harmed by my actions. If you race the drag strip is the best deal.
