AFAIK, you can delete everything except for the vacuum line to the fpr and the brake booster. You may even be able to delete those.

You need a PCV system. At least put two breathers in the valve covers.

Need a vacuum for the Opti, brake booster and FPR.

Looking at your setup where are you running your reg? Looks like fuel is in series and you terminate at the rail so....

Yeah, I would just run two passenger side valve covers and put screw in breathers in the oil filler neck holes.

I don't think you NEED a vacuum for the distributor. AFAIK the vented opti's were introduced to help vent the ozone created in the cap, it also helps to keep moisture from settling in there, but It's not absolutely necessary. Look at '93-'94 optis, there is no vacuum.

Yeah, if you put it in between of the rail inlet and the feed line, you should be good.

Where your rail is plugged you can put a FPR and return, that's the way the stock F-bodies are run. As said above you can also put it in the feed line.

I didn't see anything about a cam, but the rest of the setup looks like it will run nice. Personally if you can, run a 4-hole, they are a lot better than an elbow/TB setup. You can get a carb hat and tubing for you CAI.

No.

You need the regulator to regulate exactly what pressure is in the line ie: at the injectors.
You'd put the regulator just after the line exits the second fuel rail.
