jet hot LTs

Is there anyway that i can get jet hot longtube and still keep the cat so i stay emissions legall

yes, you can still put a cat on the exhaust but it would have to be an aftermarket cataytic converter. just put it on the y-pipe or after the y-pipe.

Your going to have a custom Y pipe made, there is plenty of room for a dual cat set up using after market cats since they are so small.

so which one is it can i just use an aftermarket y-pipe with some cats or do i have to get a custom made y-pipe

Sorry, I assumed you knew that with longtubes you have to get an aftermarket y-pipe, there is no other way. Just put the aftermarket catalytic converter on the y-pipe or right after it. It doesnt really matter where other than the fact that the closer to the headers the better it will function.
