Depends on what side I'm getting into. Driver or Passenger, if it's the former I use my left hand, if it's the latter I use my right hand 
BUT!! If I'm opening the door for someone, then it is a toss up lol
But really, I should say... "Door?? What door? Who uses the door? I use the ****** WINDOW!!"
