mac headers
Ihave been calling mac directly , they havent said anything about needing additional orders, the guy says he will have to talk to the shipping boss and he will call me back and he never does, so then I call back and he says they have no confirmed shipping date...terrible customer service. Icall them once a week, maybe I should call them every day.

It's not that they are backed up due to excessive orders, they just don't have them made yet. They are a company that make them after a customer orders them. From time to time they might have a cpl sets laying around. When I bought mine a couple years ago it was the same story. Took them over 5-6 weeks to get them too me. You can keep calling but you will get the same story over and over. Have you spoke to that rough sounding chic over there yet?
