Default best way too get broken header bolts out

how can i get the bolts out there not flush easy outs?

You are going to have to drill it out and use an extractor.

they also have extractor drill bit combos which include a left handed drill bit you drill in reverse and then another bit you insert into hole and turn it left and it will grab the bolt.

This

Oh and you can get these at any hardware store or autozone & places like that.
