Umm why are you saying "YOU GUYS"?" What you are saying is exactly what I was getting at. I never said anything about anything other then his feedback sucked....period

RPM, equal length, stepped, scavenging, reversion, flow velocity...all those play a role, not vehicle speed.

LOL ,wow! that got kind-of weird for a bit!

anything is better than manifolds. if you want power go straight to the LTs
if you plan on moderate power or smog issues keep you from LTs then go with the mids or shorties..........

Im talking about stock to bolt on cars and nonsense that iv seen over and over and over and over again. I know shorties on bolt on cars run better for tq.. and if you dont like it then well yous got problems.

Im simply stating what i have seen in comparison on the street and not the dyno. Im not here to be the odd ball or pick fights. I clearly optd for LT's being the main pwr addr for trapspeed.

So you are saying that given identical engines, the one equipped with shorty headers would make more torque than the same engine equipped with Long Tubes???

Im saying on the street iv seen overandover YES shorties on the street make more tq Thats what im saying. I dont mind if dynos say blah. Iv seen and felt the diffrence. Yes lt's dominate, but for those first 3 gears shorties are giving you more tourqe. Maybe not overwhelming but enough of a diffrence. sorry to be the oddball-

You write like a dope. Yes seen races been in races. Are you really going to deny shorties produce more torque!? Maybe youll call edelbrock and slp to tell them that there claims of more tourqe are fictional too?
