Was home over easter for 3 days finished the wiring went to crank it with no plugs to get the oil primed and the starter was a real slow crank. Put two plugs in and it wouldn't turn it over. Two factory starters same problem. They didn't turn strong off the car so I ordered a powermax from jegs maybe may 2nd it'll fire. If I had a dollar for every stupid issue we've had in the past few years it'd pay for half this project

Home from school figured out cranking problem. the battery we had wasn't enough amps got an optima it cranks over real strong should run by tonight. Didn't have gas cans to try and start it last night.

still have some kind of electrical issue its not getting enough power to turn over. It did yesterday and now 24hrs later it doesnt have the power

after 2 nights of changing wiring scratching our heads and testing different things we found we don't have a good enough ground. Need some bigger wire. Accidentally fired a cylinder when trying things

Question. If you have a M6 and are shooting for 9.80? Why don't you run a 4.10 gears, they are like perfect for M6 and 3.73 is perfect for A4 on the street. Is it because you're going to spray?

we bought the rear with two gear sets 4.30s and 3.70s and with the tires i have the 3.70s calculated closer to what we should need

Im using all factory grounds and it fired right up. Did you switch anything up or doing your own wiring?

we put the battery in the trunk. we have that all fixed needed bigger wire. were on a new problem now with the 24x system seems like our firing order might be all mixed up and were getting a code

Thats the main reason my battery is still in the stock location.

IT RUNS!! The wires to the coil packs on the even side of the motor were all switched around. Got them right turned the key fired right up.

theyre on brackets that bolt ontop the valve covers in the back
