Maybe money was short and he had to make do with what he had to get it running and out on the street, so what.

You seem to throw out a lot of advice on here and your car is a ******* 12.20 car. 12.30 in the humidity. That's lame.

I know lots of people who build solid motors and don't even own a performance car of their own, or they own one but it's been an ongoing project for years and years. Does that make them less qualified to comment on a build? No.
This is coming from someone with a h/c f-body trapping 114 with a 242/248 cam? I don't see how you think you are qualified to give any sort of advice on who has a fast or slow car.

I'm faster than you.

My times are from '07.

My car runs around an 11.2-11.3 right now, without anything internal being changed.

I didn't build it to be the fastest around. It was thrown together at the last minute due to me hurting the original motor.

Got it?

Got link to the timeslip?

Being quicker than me isn't saying much since every suspension piece I have is hurting me in the 1/4. Are you faster than me?

Trap speed is like dick measuring, leave it to the supras.

You cant comment on trap speed not knowing his tranny setup.

And if you get drug but then you point out well I trapped higher, your just gonna look like a whiney bitch.

Just means he can get it done better with less.

Not my fault your car isn't setup at all. Maybe you should swap heads and cam...........again, lol. Last time I was at the track the goal was to get to the finish line the quickest, not go through the last 100 feet the fastest. You sound like a Honda boy now. Are you going to ask me what my hp/liter is next? LMAO.

No 11.2-11.3 timeslip like you claimed?

Do you honestly think everyones goal is only drag racing? Do you honestly believe I built my car for the quickest 1/4 time with the mods I have listed? If you had any clue about modding cars you would be able to see that my car is setup for the road course not the drag strip.

How so? Proof was asked to see if you could back up what you claim. Is it merely a mistake on your part regarding the failure to provide a timeslip from the ET's you claim or is it you who posts like a "Honda boy?"

Track is not open yet. The 11.72 was the very first run. The tune was adequate, 12.5ish-1 just to get it up and running. The car is now about 150lbs lighter give or take a little, QA1's up front, EWP, a new tune, slightly taller rear tires (was banging the limiter for about 150 feet on the top end)

It's just my butt-o-meter.

Nope. But don't come in here saying that I have no right to tell someone how to mod their car when you are in fact slower than me, and you swapped heads/cam and picked up a whopping .20sec and 2 mph. Not exactly a payoff i'd brag about.

Kudos to you. I'll leave all of the autocross and road race threads to you. You can post away in there 100% uninterrupted by me. I could care less. I don't think I've ever looked at those threads, that **** bores me.

That must have went right over your head. the Honda boys like to talk about mph at the track and not ET. That is what I was referring to. The timeslip is up, and has been up for years actually. They don't let you into the "clubs" unless you post one.

Did you not understand that a timeslip was asked for this claim:

"Honda boys" also like to claim what their **** is running before ever taking it to the track as well.

Tell me how it isn't in the "Honda boy" playbook to make ET claims you have yet to run, clown.

Ok, ok. I'm hoping it runs those times, lol.

Do you really think my car will run the same ET, with the list of stuff from above?

Yeah you're right. What a bench racer I am. I've only been around the track since '87 and am on my 6th Z28. What do I know, lol......clown.
