Fouled plugs and a slight miss, little help!
Finally drove my car after a few weeks worth of bad weather, I washed the Z and took it out for a drive. The new mailorder tune done by Ion kicks ***, way better than the previous one I had before but I have a few problems now.
1. There's a very slight miss that is hardly noticeable at all but it is there.
2. After a few hard pulls around town the car started to miss and Im guessing its fouled plugs again. It did this before and need to track the problem down.
Here's the list of parts I've replaced in the last couple of months since I bought the car. Last time I pulled the plugs they were all black and smelled like gas.
GM Opti
MSD Wires
MSD Coil (used)
TR55's (old but I just cleaned them up)
Any idea what I should do or where to look and track down the problem?

I don't have any suggestions but your problem sounds alot like mine in this post. I still have not found my problem but have more testing to do.

I dont have any datalogging capabilities. My 02's Im guessing have never been replaced and I havent cleaned the MAF. I'll start with the latter and order some new O2's while Im at it; what if I disconnect the O2's and see what happens...just a though?

how long ago was the tune done? I also have a tune from Ion and when i replaced my plugs last week they were black, well all but three of them anyways. could be the tune as i would imagine its safer for him to have it run a little fuel rich than too lean. my MAF and O2's are fairly new as well, right around a thousand miles.

I just got the tune last week and cleaned off my old plugs which worked great until I started ragging on the car. Im not sure what fuel pump is on the car but the previous owner did the fuel trap door mod so im assuming its got an aftermarket on.
