Jet hot headers have flanged ends, the hooker y-pipe is slip fit correct? If so, it won't work directly, but any exhaust shop should be able to put it on for you.

it should fit, my hooker Y is flanged, my jet hot headers were flged (till i fucked that up). Jet hot headers are the same as hookers.
