It's called contingency. You buy the product, display the decal on both sides, win or runner-up at a sanctioned event and the manufacturer pays you.
The IHRA and series decals are required at IHRA events.
DPA Equipment, Inc. is a real live sponsor.
The class designation and car number are required.
Daren Poole-Adams is my real name.
GUMP is my stage name!

Thanks Daren
The stocker project is going slow. IRS hit me hard this year and some med bills emptied my sock drawer big time. We're all okay so that's all that matters. I just need a WP and timing chain and clean up the TB for the motor to be done. Then the rear end needs swapped out for something stronger and the car needs some weight reduction. I am going to run brackets with it this year and next winter try to swap it all out.
Take Care

I let my Buddy Roger drive the Formula in Top Stock. We almost made it into the finals (long story that involved a re-run of the semi's). Our best run Saturday night was a 6.54. Beaver was the runner-up.
On Sunday I missed my Tune-up pretty bad and lost the first round to Roy (I think dropping his name on here jinxed me!).

Giz, you ever thinking about:
Running a TA lid, minus the spoiler, for weight reduction. (Since formula hatches can't remove the spoiler)
Removing the front license plate cover for a few ounces
Removing the fog lights and wiring for a couple lbs
?

We run off of the Top Stock rules that the Division 1 NHRA guys wrote a few years ago.
1. 8.25 lbs per factored HP plus 170 lbs for driver (LT1 is rated 341).
2. Passenger seat may be removed.
3. Heads-up on a .500 pro tree.
4. All other Stock rules apply including functional alternator and front mount battery.
