Yeah, like these guys have said you should get the 1998-2002 brake setup for the front. That setup is far superior to the 1993-1997 brakes because in 1998 GM upgraded to twin piston calipers.

I picked up the entire assembly for $140 from a guy on craigslist. I just installed them and it doesn't take too long. I just had a bit of a problem because my car was miss-aligned in the past. You will probably need to get your front end aligned afterwards.

When you remove your splindle from each ball joint be carefull not to damage the ball joint cover. I found after loosening the castle nut, thread it on the stud upside down and hit it with a hammer to push it out of the splindle.

Install everything, bleed the brakes, and enjoy a night and day difference of braking power.

I think he's talking about Trans Am's only. As far as Camaro's go, dead give away are the lights. LT1 cars have recessed lights. LS1 cars have the bubble lights or what ever you call them. Not to mention LT1 cars have flat hoods, LS1 cars have the contours in the hood extending from the head lights up. One more thing, tri-color tail lights started in '97+. So most likely if you see them, it's a LS1 car.

Also know that the V6 and LS1 cars 98+ had the same front brakes, so if you find a V6 car, you can get the brakes off of it.

He knows that, cause I told him the same thing. He just needs help to spot a '98+ v6/v8 car at the junkyard...

Depending on how warped you will feel a pulsating in the brake pedal and/or shimmy in the steering wheel when brake pressure is applied.
