Intake elbow by it self? Meh worth a tiny bit of flow.....You not going to feel alot.

But there cheap and flow a better so if you can get it for cheap, might as well for the right price.

You will feel absolutely no difference whatsoever, spend your money elsewhere.

On my '95 I had a rip in my stock elbow so I swapped it out for a 1LE. Felt no difference whatsoever. If you can find one for next to nothing then I would go for it otherwise it would be wiser to spend the money elsewhere.

Not worth it but looks better. I would go with a composite one though.

IMO...Do it. Everything counts and it's inexpensive. I like having the feeling of knowing I've done every last thing to my car bolt on wise...I'm just **** like that though. Get rid of the donkey dick factory one!

That metal elbow will get pretty hot if you're sitting in traffic. It'll pass the heat along to the airstream and presto! LESS power!

I agree with elliot. I like the idea of it even if I can't technically feel the difference. Every little bit helps.

Anything you can do to help increase airflow into the engine will make more power theoretically.

If you really want to make it easy for air to get in, do the ls1 lid mod with a fernco. very little restriction that way.

it's great to have. but for the money it's not the best bang for the buck. If you're any bit creative make a custom intake elbow yourself, like a 90degree bend of SS.

+2 Just like Elliott said, everything counts. It all adds up and for how ceap the mod runs dollar wise why wouldn't you? Plus you eliminate that huge air pocket the stock boot has.
