Turbocharger for an LT1?

Turbocharger for an LT1? I've ran across a few different people taling abuot turbos for LT1s. I'm definately a newbie, could someone tell me/direct me to some info describing the pros/cons and major differences (other than the obvious that ones belt driven and the other exhaust) and the availability of turbos and supers other than ATI prochargers or vortecs?

Well, you really won't want a blower other than an ATI or a Vortech. Powerdyne makes Supercharger setups, but they're very limited by impeller rpm, and most of the setups are low quality, considering they're about 1000 dollars less than Vortech's cheapest setup. ATI is your best bet, since they come stock with an air-to-air intercooler, and Vortech's water-to-air aftercooler is more potent, however, costs around 1500 dollars from the Vortech website

As for turbos, I haven't really looked into them much. I think Incon makes a TT setup for the LT1. If you really wanna get the scoop on the turbo setups, guys on this board like Gangly should know, otherwise go to www.lt1tech.com and ask the owner, Pugs, about his. From what I hear, his turbo setup is pretty sick.
