Default Resurfacing a LT1 Flywheel

Does anyone know the tolerance for a stock LT1 flywheel?
The reason I'm asking is b/c my clutch is slipping and I'm going to have to replace it pretty soon, and I may have to get my flywheel cleaned back up. I had it done last summer when I did my six speed swap and to the best of my knowledge I think .030 was removed? Would it be a bad idea to take anymore off or should I just go ahead a look for a new one?

Thanks in advance!

If I remember right you have only got a good 1-2 resurfaces on the stock flywheel. Depend on how much you take off. But I can't remember the tolerances for the life of me! If anything a replacement is like $50 at the Zone.

I'm not sure what you can take off them, but i do know you can buy a shim that you put between the crank and the FW so the clutch will disengage properly. I've got one thats .025 that i used with my stock FW after it was turned.

Is that for a stock clutch or aftermarket?
I have a Ram HD, so should I look into getting a shim?
