Ignition
new plugs (NGK TR55)
new wires (MSD 8.5mm)
new coil (GM replacement)
new opti (AC Delco/Delphi, get one from "thepartsladi" on Ebay)
ICM cooling mod (http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech2.html#ICM_cooling)
Fuel
replace fuel filter
hook up a gauge to the rail and check your fuel pressure at idle and WOT under load
Cooling System
flush radiator
replace thermostat
check and replace all radiator/heater hoses
PCV System
replace PCV valve
check and replace rubber hoses connecting PCV valve to the front of the intake and connecting TB to passenger side valve cover
Air
replace air filter
clean MAF w/ MAF cleaner
clean TB with TB cleaner
remove and clean IAC valve
check for leaks/cracks in intake elbow
check for crack or leak in brake booster vacuum hose
That's all I can think of for now.

hahah thank you very much!
Now i recently posted a thread about my rockers being lose. Me and my dad are going to begin to open things up and get that knocking sound figured out.. Are there any tips i need for tightening the rockers? Is there anything that needs to be checked or replaced? From past experience, is there a better way of doing thing?
Thanks guys
