They work pretty good, plus they dont neck down like the others.

I've listened to sound clips of both and I think I like the sweet thunders more. How much do the powersticks run? The sweet thunders are $63 a piece. That's a pretty decent price to me. Plus I guess if I don't like them I can sell them and get something else and not be out much money. Does anyone have some sounds clips for the sweet thunders? I want to try and hear a few more before I buy them. I'm wondering what muffler is going to make the most power too though. The only thing about the sweet thunders is that the inner diameter is 2.75 inches. It shrinks down some and I'm wondering if that's going to rob any power.

Did you check out the Flowtech's. I have them on my truck and they sound awsome, plus they are like half the price of most mufflers. I have Flowmasters on my TA, it sounds bad *** but not many people recommend them because of the design.

Get some knock-off Flowmaster single chambers from eBay. They're cheap, and sound awesome. Not too loud, but also, not quiet by any means. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/9...ust_192864.htm

Not sure if you've seen this or not, but this thread has a lot of ideas.

im getting power sticks now. Im sold.
thats my vid its the old setup when the true duals were dumped but now im over the axle. Powersticks I got for about 50 a piece. And also powersticks have true 3" inner diameter and if you take a peak at the insides of the powerstick vs the sweet thunder the powerstick looks like itll flow much better but sweet thunders are still great sounding mufflers.

heres my new setup

The powersticks sound good but I think I like the sweet thunders better. They may not flow quite as well but they should still flow enough. Plus I will probably take the whole system off when I race for HP and weight purposes. Keep the videos coming though I really like hearing different opinions and seeing what different setups sound like.

You guys keep making this decision hard. Haha those bullets sound very nice. Which ones do you guys have? I'd like to check them out and see what they run pricewise.

I'm sold. For $42 each and that sound you can't beat that. Thanks a bunch. Another way our cars will be similar AC. Haha. What did you have done to make the X pipe kit work with the LPP's? Because of the offset on the collectors it looks like it'll be a challenge to get it to work right.

Section the floor beneath the back seats and put a set of real mufflers on. I am running full size dynomax (proflo I think) mufflers dumped before the axel. Sounds good outside, is loud when i want it to be and sounds like a magnaflow catback inside the car when Im cruising.

Speedinc fabbed up mine, but they cut cut and rewelded it to match the collectors and just slipped them over them and used band clamps.

I've never really been a fan of Magnaflow. Plus the smaller the muffler the better. I'd like to have the car as light as I can.

I'm looking for something that's going to sound like it's got no mufflers...but quieter. It's kind of hard to explain. Like race car sound but not as loud. I had another question too, what do shops typically charge if I took the car and TD setup to them and said I wanted it on and completely welded? JW. I can weld but my skills are not that of a pro

in my opinion thats what dynomax bullets are

3" TD's through X and Dynomax Bullets (gm847 cam)
